Our first floor is available for exclusive hire and is made up of the Drawing Room, Silk Room and Bazalgette Room. The Drawing Room and Silk Room overlook Soho Square and feature dramatic 18th century rococo plasterwork and silk wall coverings whilst the former office of Sir Joseph Bazalgette adds an elegant historical element to any event. From press events to large receptions, the first floor of the House is the perfect space to meet by day or night.


The House of St Barnabas is a home away from home in a Grade I listed Georgian townhouse in the heart of Soho. Enjoy exclusive access to our Club which can accommodate up to 325 guests for press events, filming, receptions, parties, weddings and so much more.


Overlooking Soho Square and featuring dramatic 18th century rococo plasterwork, the Drawing Room is an excellent space for large receptions and functions.


Once the office of Sir Joseph Bazalgette Room, this space provides an elegant historical setting for meetings, private dining and standing receptions.


The Georgian Silk Room is the club's main board room, taking its naming from the original 19th century wall coverings. This room offers guests a striking space to meet by day or night for private dining, meetings or small receptions.


Named after Charles Dickens in recognition of the historical connection between HoSB and the author, the Dickens Room is a warm and inviting space that lends itself perfectly to boardroom meetings or private dining.

The House of St Barnabas is a beautiful historic Grade I listed building in the heart of Soho that can accommodate a range of private events from receptions to private dining. Our venue hire is VAT exempt and supports our Employment Academy in tackling the cycle of homelessness.
