Theatre
Taking centre stage at Oxford House is our intimate theatre space. Full of character, with dark red walls and matching curtains, the theatre has a sprung wooden floor and a handy retractable seating rack which sits 120 people. The theatre is perfect for rehearsals, comedy nights, plays, performances and screenings. The backstage area comprises of a well-lit dressing room for up to six performers (complete with Hollywood style mirrors), an accessible toilet and a backstage bar/green room area. Equipment includes full sound and lighting and a projector and screen.
Victorian Chapel
The chapel is a beautiful, atmospheric and extremely versatile space. Lovingly restored in 2019, it was originally designed by renowned architect Sir Arthur Bloomfield, whose notable works include the Royal Academy of Music. This wood panelled space makes an incredible backdrop for intimate gigs, recitals, screenings or rehearsals and comes with a portable PA and lighting system.

The large cafe area and kitchen at Oxford House is the heart of our building. Bright and airy with views overlooking Weaver's Field park. It can be configured for a variety of purposes, making it a true multi-use space. With its own PA system and speakers it is perfect for private hire, supper clubs and wedding receptions. The Dance Studio is an adaptable space that can be used for filming, photoshoots, read throughs and rehearsals. The spacious studio features a sprung wooden floor, full-length mirror wall, an upright piano and a sound system. It also boasts natural light and an air handling system along with accessible changing rooms on the same floor. The Dance Studio is approximately 8.5 x 8.5 meters

The Scott Room is a large and bright ground floor space. This room benefits from full width windows, offering an abundance of natural light and views over Weaver's Field park. The room has a handy connecting door leading into our theatre making it ideal for wardrobe or hair and make up, a theatre break out space or green room. Dimensions 10 x 6m

Our newly refurbished Settlement Room is a bright and airy meeting room located on the third floor. Accommodating up to 16 people, this is an ideal space for read throughs and interviews. Situated next door to the historic chapel this space works well as a break out area. The Settlement Room can be exclusively hired with our chapel and roof terrace.

The roof terrace is a stunning events space with 360 degree protected views of the iconic City of London skyline. With enough space for 60 people, the roof is ideal for photoshoots, launches, away days and events. During the Spring and Summer months, it becomes the perfect space to hold outdoor yoga, fitness, art and photography classes. The space hosts our beautiful cupola, which is the landmark of our building which adds an attractive outlook. The roof is fully equipped with outdoor power sockets, WI-FI and a third floor service area.
