The Crystal

The Crystal is the world's most sustainable events venue, located in East London. We can offer nine fully equipped multi-purpose meeting rooms, boasting panoramic views over the Royal Victoria Docks, a state of the art 270-seat auditorium and a spacious events space than can cater for product launches, informal events, AGM, corporate conferences and even more. As an iconic new landmark for London, the Crystal also features the world’s first interactive exhibition dedicated to urban sustainability, showcasing the advanced and environmentally friendly technologies of our future cities.

Auditorium

The Auditorium is a professional setting to engage your clients, the space is excellent for a conference or AGM due to it's theatre style tiered seating and permanent stage at the front of the space. The space has a capacity of 270 seated in the fixed feature theatre style seating.

The Cafe

Cafe by day this space, with ceiling to floor windows has the flexibility to be transformed into an reception area, a chill out space or any other ideas to suit your event. As well as having access to the outdoors during the warmer months, there is also the opportunity to open the walling into the Restaurant space, to transform into a much larger area. Plus with its own door it can be used as a self contained room with private access.

The Street

The Street is our open lobby area located on the ground floor. It is an open, flexible space which is often used as a break out area for the Auditorium. The space can be used for a pre event cocktail reception or an after event party for a launch or business evening. The Street is free of charge with the hire of the Auditorium.

Situated in a prime mezzanine location within the Crystal, this space has an island which is ideal for catering needs and goes in hand with the level 1 meeting spaces. There are soft furnishings located in this area, including outdoor furniture that can be positioned outside on the balcony. This space is free of charge with the hire of spaces 1 - 6.

The 6 rooms available can be hired individually or collectively or somewhere in between. The space is a flexible meeting space and can be used as a breakout space, when hired in conjunction with the Auditorium. Alternatively they provide modern meeting rooms, complete with the latest AV equipment.

Outside Space

This space is large enough to comfortably fit 200-500 delegates. It can be used as a break out/activity space during the warmer months. It can also be used for an after work drinks reception offering picturesque views of the surrounding docklands and the perfect place to network and wind down after a busy day. If the weather does not hold out for the day of your event, bad weather options are available, still offering fantastic views, with all of your requirements easily transferable.
