Spaces at The Crystal

Ideal for arts, photography exhibitions, the space is often praised for its open and flexible layout. We can organise your launch with a cocktail party, drinks reception and even fine dinning for the guests.

A modern 270 seater auditorium, presenting an excellent space for screenings and award ceremonies. A highly sought after space, including state of the art audio/visual equipment. Ideally located, the auditorium works well as a plenary room, well positioned with breakout and catering areas nearby, allowing a natural flow for your event.

Natural daylight allows for a special setting to host a banquet or party, that is sure to impress your guests. The rooms are highly flexible, they can be hired individually for up to 30 people. Or rooms 1-4 can be combined for up to 80 people, by removing partitioning walls between rooms.

The Restaurant is a flexible ground floor space, ideal for drinks receptions and networking events. It has waterfront views of Royal Victoria Dock and windows spanning the length of the room providing excellent natural daylight.

This room includes 1 x Smart Board, 1 x Data Projector, 1 x PC, 1 x Wireless Keyboard and 1 x Wireless Mouse. There are wall mounted controls in this room that allows you to control the lighting, blinds and temperature.

The Exhibition showcases the impacts of past, present and future in sustainability. Whether you are a visual or interactive learner, the exhibition offers many diverse ways of viewing the world around us. You can take a step into the future to see how sustainable living can generate beauty and many positive opportunities for everyone. It has become a wow factor for companies, as their meetings and team building days can gain an extra experience along with a great networking opportunity.

Cafe by day this space, with ceiling to floor windows has the flexibility to be transformed into an reception area, a chill out space or any other ideas to suit your event. As well as having access to the outdoors during the warmer months, there is also the opportunity to open the walling into the Restaurant space, to transform into a much larger area. Plus with its own door it can be used as a self contained room with private access.

A reception desk area outside this room allows you to meet and greet your customers/guests on arrival. There are wall mounted controls in the room that control, the blinds, temperature and lights. There must be a minimum of 16 people to be DDR applicable for this room.

Situated in a prime mezzanine location within the Crystal, this space has an island which is ideal for catering needs and goes in hand with the level 1 meeting spaces. There are soft furnishings located in this area, including outdoor furniture that can be positioned outside on the balcony. This space is free of charge with the hire of spaces 1 - 6.

This space is ideal for pop-up stalls, markets, outdoor screenings and al fresco eateries. This space is ideal for anytime of day, whether it be mid morning coffee or a sunset drinks reception. Bad weather options are set into place and last minute turnarounds can happen seamlessly, if the British weather does not hold out.
