Perfect for sports clubs and games, as well as conferences, performances, birthday celebrations and film screenings (only after sunset, as there is no blackout). The space has its own toilets, shower and changing facilities, available exclusively to hires within the Sports Hall. These include three non-gendered single-occupancy toilets, an accessible toilet and shower room, and a small changing rooms with two showers and six lockers. Please note that helium balloons are prohibited in our building, and the use of bouncy castles must be agreed in advance and insurance must be in place.

Lower Hall is our smallest hall, which is most suited for children's games and sporting activities, or as a breakaway space for full building hires. It is the only space in the building which isn't level-access, as it is on a recessed floor with 9 steps to reach, and there are no toilets on this level. There is minimal power in this space - one standard 13 Amp socket, but 32 Amp single phase power can be brought in if required at an additional cost.

About The Pyramid at Anderston

The Pyramid at Anderston was designed by Glasgow architects Honeyman, Jack and Robertson for The Church of Scotland, and was completed in 1968, as part of the redevelopment of the Anderston area. The building is home to twenty-two rooms - used as meeting and workspaces as well as three larger community halls, including the beautiful Pyramid Hall, with its unique shape and original wood features, and fully refurbished Sports Hall.
