The space features a raised platform area with a podium, as well as over 200 original chairs from the building's completion in 1968, that can be arranged in the space as required. The heating is not operational and so the spae may not be suitable for certain events during Winter months.

The recently refurbished Sports Hall has beautiful hardwood floors and a good-sized stage area, half-court sized floor area, built-in fan heaters and sports wall-cladding. The stage is equipped with curtains but has no technical stage lighting. External technical equipment, such as lighting or audio, for use on the stage can be brought in upon agreement - please note that the hall has skylights with no blackout.

About The Pyramid at Anderston

The Pyramid at Anderston was designed by Glasgow architects Honeyman, Jack and Robertson for The Church of Scotland, and was completed in 1968, as part of the redevelopment of the Anderston area. The building is home to twenty-two rooms - used as meeting and workspaces as well as three larger community halls, including the beautiful Pyramid Hall, with its unique shape and original wood features, and fully refurbished Sports Hall.
