Chapter One by Mickael Viljanen is an elegant fine-dining restaurant offering elevated lunches, 4-course dinners, and a tasting menu. It features a main dining area and two private rooms: The Midleton Room for up to 10 guests and The Demi Salle for 4 to 6 guests. Ideal for special occasions and corporate events, reservations are required, and a waitlist is available. The Chef's Table provides a unique experience for small groups. The restaurant is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
