Upper Fitzgerald's at 1789 Restaurant

Fitzgerald's is a contemporary bar room within 1789 Restaurant, offering a welcoming lounge atmosphere with a large mahogany bar and tufted leather seating. The space is divided into the Upper Fitzgerald’s Room, adorned with football portraits by local artist Garnet Jex, and the Lower Fitzgerald’s Room, featuring abstract paintings by Nantucket artist David Lazarus. This cocktail-centric bar and restaurant, which opened in June 2021, serves elevated bistro dishes curated by Chef Adam Howard and his team, alongside a selection of classic and inventive cocktails, as well as 10 rotating Japanese whiskies. Fitzgerald's can be reserved for partial or full buyouts, making it an ideal venue for cocktail receptions, private parties, and social gatherings.
