The space does not allow food or drink, except for bottled water for event speakers. It features a podium, projector, VCR/DVD player, whiteboard, and supports Zoom meetings. Event organizers are jointly responsible for upholding the no food or drink policy, with any violations incurring a housekeeping fee. Restrictions include no classes, a maximum of 150 attendees, no weekend or after-hours events without a Clark Facilities chaperone, and possible housekeeping fees for lengthy events.
