The ground floor boasts an entrance hall, men's and women's changing rooms with showers and high-spec appliances, and a toilet. The basement hosts HIIT and strength training. There are 4 assault bikes, 3 ski ergs, 6 slam balls, and a large selection of high-quality hex dumbbells. The 1st floor has further toilets and a studio which has floor-to-ceiling mirrors, large windows throughout and 8 reformer machines. The 2nd floor is a therapy room with a massage table.
