Frequently asked questions

The Third Floor Suite costs £3,600 + VAT per day and accommodates up to 40 boardroom style, 100 cabaret style, or 170 theatre style. The South Bank Suite costs £2,460 + VAT per day with capacity for 84 cabaret style, 160-170 theatre style, or includes an adjoining syndicate room for 20 boardroom. Individual rooms like Lil Patrick cost £575 + VAT per day for up to 25 theatre style or 20 boardroom, while Max Nasatyr alone costs £2,500 + VAT per day for up to 100 cabaret or 170 theatre.

All spaces include ceiling projector with screen, laptop, WiFi, PA system with up to 6 microphones (including 1 lapel mic), inbuilt webcams and speakers for hybrid meetings via Teams or Zoom. Live streaming and recording costs an additional £350 + VAT. A full-day AV technician is available for £600 + VAT per day and must be booked at least two weeks in advance.

Tea and coffee costs £2.50 + VAT per person per serve, while tea, coffee and pastries cost £5.85 + VAT per person. Lunch options include Bronze finger buffet from £15.50-£15.70 + VAT per person, Silver finger buffet at £18.10 + VAT per person, and Hot Fork buffet at £17.10 + VAT per person. If using Max Nasatyr at maximum capacity, you must use at least one breakout room for catering.

Coin Street Conference Centre operates Monday to Friday only and is closed on weekends. The Third Floor Suite is not fully accessible, so clients must inform the venue in advance if anyone has accessibility needs. The venue is located at 108 Stamford St, London SE1 9NH, within walking distance of Waterloo and Blackfriars stations.

Bookings require a signed contract via Adobe Sign with room hire fees quoted including VAT. Final details like catering and attendee numbers are confirmed closer to the event date. Invoices for all costs (room hire plus catering) are issued approximately one week after the event. A purchase order number can be provided on the contract if required for payment.

The Neighbourhood Room capacity has been reduced to 60 people due to fire door issues with external decking, down from the previously advertised 120 theatre style capacity. This is a temporary issue while repairs are being completed, and the website is being updated to reflect current capacities.

A detailed booking form must be completed and returned one week before the event date, including organiser arrival time, delegate arrival time, event finish time, final numbers, room layouts, and AV requirements. Any changes within 5 days of the event may not be possible to fulfill. The venue requires at least two weeks' notice for additional services like full-day AV technician support.

The Third Floor Suite consists of three rooms: Max Nasatyr (main meeting room), plus Fred Miller and Lil Patrick (syndicate rooms). The breakout rooms can be split to create four separate spaces, with two having screens. All rooms have hybrid calling capabilities, natural daylight, hearing loop, and there's a foyer space for registration with a telephone for assistance.

NHS organizations receive a reduced rate - for example, South Bank 1 Room costs £1,100 + VAT per day for NHS bookings compared to the standard £1,280 + VAT rate. The venue may also offer charity discounts, though specific rates would need to be confirmed directly with the sales team.

Portable screens cost £100 + VAT, flipcharts with stand, pads and pens cost £15 + VAT each, staging costs £75 + VAT, and lecterns cost £75 + VAT. The venue can accommodate large equipment - they've confirmed ability to handle items up to 2.5 meters long for product training setups with multiple stations.
