South Bank room 1 or 2 are purposed building conference and meeting rooms located on the lower ground floor of the conference centre. It has comprehensive AV facilities that are included in the room hire cost, including 2 high-definition hybrid capable cameras in each room, PA system of up to 3 handheld microphones and hybrid meeting capabilities - so a perfect option for both your event in-person and remote attendees.

The Third Floor Suite costs £3,600 + VAT per day and includes ceiling projector with dual screen, laptop, WiFi, PA system with up to 6 microphones (including 1 lapel), inbuilt webcams and speakers for hybrid meetings. South Bank Suite costs £2,460 + VAT per day with ceiling projector, screen, laptop, WiFi, and PA system with up to 6 microphones. Individual rooms like Lil Patrick cost £575 + VAT per day, while Max Nasatyr alone costs £2,500 + VAT per day.

The Third Floor Suite's Max Nasatyr room holds up to 40 boardroom style, 100 cabaret style, or 170 theatre style. South Bank Suite accommodates up to 84 cabaret style, 160-170 theatre style, or 80 classroom style. The Neighbourhood Room capacity has been reduced to 60 theatre style due to fire door issues (previously 120). Individual breakout rooms Fred Miller and Lil Patrick each hold up to 20-25 people.

Tea & coffee costs £2.50 + VAT per person per serve. Lunch options include Bronze finger buffet from £15.50-£15.70 + VAT per person, Silver finger buffet at £18.10 + VAT per person, and Hot Fork buffet at £17.10 + VAT per person. Tea, coffee & pastries cost £5.85 + VAT per person per serve. If using Max Nasatyr at maximum capacity, you must use at least one breakout room for catering.

Live streaming and recording costs £350 + VAT. A full-day AV technician is available for £600 + VAT per day (subject to availability, quotes may vary) and must be requested at least two weeks prior. Portable screens cost £100 + VAT, staging costs £75 + VAT, lecterns cost £75 + VAT, and flipcharts cost £15 + VAT each.

The venue operates Monday to Friday only - no weekend availability. Spaces can be placed on provisional hold while you confirm details. Contracts are issued via Adobe Sign for electronic signing, and booking forms must be completed and returned by one week before the event date. Changes within 5 days of the event may not be possible to fulfill.

The contract fee covers room hire only including VAT. Final details like catering and attendee numbers are confirmed closer to the event date. Invoices for everything (room hire plus catering) are issued approximately one week after the event date. Purchase order numbers can be provided on the contract if required for payment.

The Third Floor Suite is not fully accessible - if you have attendees with accessibility needs, you must speak to the venue in advance. All Third Floor Suite rooms have natural daylight and hearing loops fitted. The venue address is 108 Stamford St, London SE1 9NH, within walking distance of Waterloo and Blackfriars stations.

The earliest arrival time is 8am for organizers. AV technicians are on-site and available to assist with issues but are not present in rooms all day unless you book the full-day technician service. You need to include pack-down time in your event finish time when booking. Materials can be sent to the venue in advance with prior arrangement.
