A spacious and versatile space with stunning views of London's iconic South Bank, the Max Nasatry room offers a well equipped conference and meeting venue just a stone's throw from the transport hub of London Waterloo. Flooded with natural light and capable of accommodating up to 250 delegates, the room can be laid out in whatever configuration you would find most convenient.

The Southbank suite can seat up to 160 theatre style with dual projectors built in.

The Doreen Ramsay room offers a great space for more intimate meetings or conferences. 
It is situated on the basement level of the building and offers natural light from the pavement lighting above. 
The space also features an integrated kitchenette with sink, fridge and kettle. 
Childcare, catering and florist available on request. 

Neighbourhood Room offers a flexible events space located on the ground floor with access to a private non-smoking terrace. 

Its floor to ceiling windows allow natural daylight with great views over green surroundings of neighbouring residential gardens. Childcare, catering and florist available on request.

The Lil Patrick Room has floor to ceiling windows with great views over London's South Bank and access on to a terrace. There is a 50" plasma and wifi included for your presentations.

The Fred Miller Rooms offer a great space for boardroom or theatre style meetings. The space has floor to ceiling windows providing lots of natural light and it has a bright and contemporary decor. 
The rooms can be hired together for meetings of up to 40 delegates or alternatively dividers can be used to create 2 more intimate spaces for up to 18 delegates in each space. Childcare, catering and florist available on request. 

The South Bank Rooms offer new contemporary spaces for small workshops or large conferences. 
The space is made up of 3 rooms situated on basement level and delegates can make use of their own foyer featuring original artworks. 
The space has a contemporary design with high ceilings and natural lighting from ceiling level pavement skylights. 
The third space can be used as either a breakout room or catering space as required.
Childcare, catering and florist available on request. 

The Lil Patrick Rooms can be used for a number of functions as they have flexible walls/dividers to make the rooms in to 1 large space or 2 smaller spaces.

They offer floor to ceiling windows with great views over London's South Bank and access on to a terrace.

Whether you're hosting a brainstorming session or a community event, this space combines comfort, accessibility, and understated charm. 


Business

South Bank Suite

The South Bank Suite offers contemporary spaces for workshops or larger conferences. 
The suite is made up of South Bank 1, 2 and 3 which can be hired together or separated via a soundproof central partition wall.
The space is located on the lower ground floor and has high ceilings and a private foyer. Hiring the suite includes a comprehensive AV package including 4 high-definition hybrid capable cameras, hybrid meeting facilities and a PA system (up to 6 handheld microphones and 1 lapel microphone.


Third Floor Suite

Spacious and versatile, Max Nasatyr of our Third Floor Suite is flooded with floor to ceiling natural daylight and capable of accommodating up to 170 theatre or 100 cabaret. The Max Nasatyr room has dual 1080p projector screens, 2 high-definition hybrid capable cameras and the ability to live stream to YouTube - making it the perfect space for your in person or hybrid meeting. the space offers exclusive hire of the floor, offering 2 AV and hybrid equipped breakout rooms. The private foyer can be used for refreshment space, or registration, and a private cloakroom is included. 

South Bank Room 1 or 2

South Bank room 1 or 2 are purposed building conference and meeting rooms located on the lower ground floor of the conference centre. 
It has comprehensive AV facilities that are included in the room hire cost, including 2 high-definition hybrid capable cameras in each room, PA system of up to 3 handheld microphones and hybrid meeting capabilities - so a perfect option for both your event in-person and remote attendees.
