Majapahit Imperial Dining at The Apurva Kempinski Bali

Majapahit Imperial Dining offers a unique culinary journey that celebrates Indonesia's rich cultural and culinary heritage, inspired by the glorious era of the Majapahit Kingdom. In partnership with Javara Indonesia, this dining experience features a specially curated five-course set menu that includes dishes like 'Urap Hayuyu', 'Rawon Lembu', and 'Melik Parijatha Rice', prepared using traditional techniques. The venue is adorned with sustainable decorations that reflect the Majapahit era, and a dramatical dance performance narrates the story of Queen Tribhuwana Tunggadewi. This space is ideal for hosting private dining events, cultural celebrations, and gatherings that appreciate fine cuisine and heritage.

The Apurva Kempinski Bali, set in 14 hectares of tropical gardens with Indian Ocean views, is located in Nusa Dua, 16 km from Ngurah Rai International Airport. Designed by Budiman Hendropurnomo and Rudy Dodo, it reflects a blend of Balinese architecture and European elegance. The hotel features 475 luxurious rooms, suites, and villas, many with private pools. Dining options include Bali's first Aquarium Restaurant, Koral, Izakaya by Oku, and Pala Restaurant & Rooftop Bar, offering a range of Indonesian and international cuisines, along with a spa and outdoor pool.
