WILL I RECEIVE ANY SUPPORT?
If you book the studio, you’re free to make full use of the facilities during your allocated time slot. Around 60% of the week, there will usually be someone on-site in our upstairs office if you need anything during your session. If you’d prefer more hands-on support, you might be interested in our Organic Content Edit package. This includes access to a creative shoot director, pre-shoot planning, on-the-day support, and post-editing, giving you a more guided, end-to-end experience. HOW DO I ACCESS THE STUDIO?
As soon as you place your deposit and confirm your booking, we’ll send over all the access details you need so you’re ready to go on the day.
CAN I PRE-BOOK FOR MY MONTHLY CONTENT SHOOTS?
Of course! Many of our clients pre-book their monthly content days, and we offer a preferred rate for those who’d like to schedule shoot days in advance every month. It’s a popular option for clients running TikTok Lives, training sessions, or regular content days in the space.
HOW CAN I MAXIMISE MY SHOOT DAY?
You can maximise your shoot day by upgrading to an Organic Content Edit. This includes creative direction, input, and post-production support from our Chic content specialists to help elevate your shoot. We also offer optional upgrades with photographers and videographers from the Chic network. Just reach out via the booking email for details.
IS PARKING AVAILABLE?
Yes, while the studio is in a residential area, we do offer off-street parking.
