The Gallery (41 sq m) is a light and airy exhibition space perfect for casual meetings, networking events, and more social activities. Features an interactive TV and additional projector facilities. Seats up to 40 theatre-style or 25 cabaret-style.
The Meeting Room (38 sq m) offers more traditional facilities, ideal for your business, committee, or community group. Features an integrated projector and interactive whiteboard. Seats up to 35 theatre-style or 20 cabaret-style.
Easily accessible via Sheffield Road, West Studios is a contemporary relaxed environment ideal for professional events.

From large event spaces and meeting rooms to a 149-seat theatre and sports hall, we have a number of facilities available for hire. Whether you are celebrating an occasion, want a large space to hold a dance class or simply need a professional environment to conduct a meeting, our venue has a range of contemporary spaces to accommodate a variety of needs. Our facilities are available in the evenings (Monday-Thursday 5-9:30pm) and at the weekend (9am- 6pm). During half term and the summer break we are more flexible. All our rooms come with free WiFi and refreshments are available on request.
