After one of the hottest and driest summers in recent memory, would it too much to expect a relatively warm and pleasant Autumn as well? If the last couple of days are anything to go by, we just might be in luck. One thing we can guarantee is that this week’s blog is set to get you all excited about the 'leafy' season. James Roche brings you three London venues with great gardens!

Harris Garden at Lord's

Button Harris Garden at Lord's

It might not be seeing much on-field action this autumn but Lord’s remains one of the leading London corporate venues all year-round. With its amazing gardens, Autumn really is a fantastic time of year to explore the “Home of Cricket.” Heading the list of fashionable spaces available for hire is the Harris Garden.

An ideal location for alfresco dining and receptions, this charming rose garden is a must see. Be amazed by the extraordinary architecture and sense of history that surrounds you. A great garden in a great location: what more can you ask for?

Synchronicity Studios

Button Synchronicity Studios

As kids growing up, we’re always taught that it is inner beauty that counts. Well, I know that’s what Mum kept telling me when I’d return from high school dances with a dejected look and teary stories of heartbreak and despair – if only Sophie Formica could see me now, I am sure she would dance with me! Anyway, what was I on about? Yes, inner beauty counts for plenty but the real winners have it inside and out – and with a tranquil garden to complement its peaceful, serene Yoga Studio space, Synchroncity Studios is a definite winner!

Located close to Clapham North Underground Station, Synchronicity Studios offers a terrific location and versatile space for a host of different activities and events . But no matter what you’re involved with, break time will always remain a highlight whenever you get a chance to explore the garden space at Synchronicity Studios.

Nash Conservatory at Kew Gardens

Button Nash Conservatory at Kew Gardens

The selection of this London venue should come as no surprise– Kew Gardens’ world renowned botanical displays and iconic buildings like the Nash Conservatory have long provided the perfect backdrop for weddings and civil ceremonies, corporate receptions and fun-filled events. In fact, it’s a pretty cool place to check out with your family and friends at any time of year, but Autumn would have to be our season of choice.

Perhaps it has something to do with the incredible festival currently taking place at Kew Gardens? Let the staff take you on a voyage that will educate and enthral in equal measure as you explore a surprising list of edible plants. If, like me, you’re going out with a vegetarian, you might want to bring your notepad. There are only so many days a week I can get away with suggesting beans on toast!

Summer might be over but as you can see, there's plenty of great venues to celebrate this Autumn! For more information on these or any of our other fantastic spaces, check out our website today.
