Media Training Center
New Media Lab - BELLS Institute of Higher Learning features the Media Training Center, a next-generation event space and media training center designed to offer an all-integrated, tech-enabled event experience. It is Singapore's first 5G-enabled event and media training space, located at Kallang Wave Mall. The space is equipped with a full-fledged production and recording soundstage, streaming-ready 5G setup, and tailored infrastructure for the latest video and audio equipment. It also includes a large green screen for Chroma & Luma keying and an acoustically treated space for noise-free recordings and video shoots. The Media Training Center hosts media training courses to enhance the skills of media freelancers and aspirants, with courses eligible for SkillsFuture Credit with up to 70% subsidy on course fees.

The Studio at New Media Lab @Kallang Wave Mall is a cutting-edge event space designed for immersive mixed reality experiences. It is Singapore's first 5G-enabled and acoustically treated multimedia event space, offering a wide spectrum of hands-on media courses accepted by the industry. The Studio is equipped with the latest production technologies, high dynamic range capabilities, and a full-fledged production and recording soundstage. It features a 43 square meter space ideal for corporate interviews, livestream events, and commercial activities. The space is acoustically treated and includes a control room for orchestral recordings, soundstage-style video shoots, and hybrid events.

It features a production soundstage for live events and digital content creation, accommodating up to 20 people. Courses at the lab are supported by industry leaders and eligible for SkillsFuture Credit with up to 70% subsidy on fees.
