Whole Venue

From From £1,500.00 / Venue Fee

Draughts Waterloo is nestled inside a disused railway arch under Waterloo Station. The revealed brickwork combined with its entrance via the Leake Street Graffiti Tunnel gives this "board game bar" an unexpected edge. Once inside, the high ceilings work in contract to its intimate and cosy atmosphere. The whole venue can seat 150 people, whether they are dipping into the cocktail menu and sharing patters of playing one of the thousand games on display. The mezzanine level allows for private groups of up to 70 guests for drinks receptions, parties, dinners, or all-out gaming warfare.

Mezzanine

From From £3,200.00 / Venue Fee & Min Spend

The mezzanine level at Draughts Waterloo has space for up to 70 people seated and 80 standing. Over-looking the rest of the venue it offers privacy for your party but retains the vibe and energy of a busy bar. With your own hosts, as well as a private bar and toilets, you'll have access to everything you need for a quality night out. Whether you're playing any of a thousand board games, eating dinner, or just having a pint and chatting with your friends, the mezzanine is a great balance between energetic and effortlessly relaxed.

About Draughts Waterloo

Draughts Waterloo is located in the infamous Leake Street Graffiti Tunnel, less than two minutes from the London Eye and under Waterloo Station.

Housed inside a decommissioned railway arch, its high ceilings and revealed brickwork operate in tandem to create a welcome juxtaposition: a spacious yet intimate atmosphere.

We have over a thousand games on our shelves, encouraging people to disconnect from technology and reconnect with each other.

Our food & drinks are carefully curated and we invite our guests to eat heartily, drink responsibly and above all, remember what it means to play.
