The double height Ballroom is 300 square metre space for up to 140 delegates in theatre style. With a modern yet elegant style and featuring complimentary Wi-Fi and a built-in screen and projector. The room can split into 3 separate spaces which allows separate meetings/ breakouts areas making this perfect setting for a conference.

Intimate and perfectly formed with it's own cocktail bar, the 23 seat screening room plays host to film screenings, creative gatherings and cosy dinners.

The Boardroom sits within the stunning Design Studio at the Curtain Hotel, a room for our members and hotel guests to work from in a quiet yet creative environment. The boardroom seats up to 18 guests and is available throughout the day, it has a built-in plasma screen and high speed Wi-Fi ensures a seamless meeting from dynamic brainstorming sessions to formal board meetings. Food and beverage is available within the room or alternatively can be taken within a number of the hotel outlets.

Reminiscent of an Andalusian garden, BiBo's hidden courtyard is a romantic corner to dine. A covered hideaway filled with plants, handmade ceramics and olive trees, the courtyard has a palatable Mediterranean vibe.

Seating for up to 18 in the utmost comfort, every detail in the boardroom has been thought about to ensure everything is on hand for an impactful meeting.

For a fun and informal place to host private dinners, meetings or masterclasses, look no further than BiBo's private dining room. Whatever the occasion may be, the Spanish infused menu curated by BiBo's chefs will be the main event. Choose from a selection of seasonal menus inspired by established traditions of Andalusian cooking.

Steering away from the traditional ballroom,the exposed brickworks provide an industrial accent to this otherwise blank canvas. Whatever the occasion may be, our events team will be there to help create the perfect sitting for your big event.

The ballroom can be split into two, ideal if you don't want to use the whole room , or need to do multiple turnarounds to the day. Hosting up to 140 guests, Ballroom East is equipped with a built-in screen and projector and colour wash lighting rig to enhance your event.
