The Studio (46 sq m) is a flexible space made for rehearsals, photoshoots, workshops, and creative events. Additional projection and computer equipment can be pre-ordered with the booking. Hosts up to 50 theatre-style or 30 cabaret-style. Our newly refurbished Theatre Studio boasts a 140-seat performance space and is equipped with its own production room. This new facility is ideal for hosting theatre or dance productions, comedy nights, and gigs. Easily accessible via Sheffield Road, the Theatre Studio can be booked for a full day or half day.
Heartspace
The Heartspace is at the heart of Chesterfield College and is the perfect place to hold large events. This versatile space has played host to a variety of events including fashion shows and award ceremonies, and is equipped with a computer, projector, and additional screens. Easily accessible, the Heartspace is located at our main Infirmary Road campus.

At our Langer Lane site we have two full-size, real grass football pitches for hire, available to professional clubs as well as casual five-a-side teams. One of our pitches is suitable for under-14s. From large event spaces and meeting rooms to a 149-seat theatre and sports hall, we have a number of facilities available for hire. Whether you are celebrating an occasion, want a large space to hold a dance class or simply need a professional environment to conduct a meeting, our venue has a range of contemporary spaces to accommodate a variety of needs. Our facilities are available in the evenings (Monday-Thursday 5-9:30pm) and at the weekend (9am- 6pm). During half term and the summer break we are more flexible. All our rooms come with free WiFi and refreshments are available on request.
