While not soundproof, the space has successfully hosted events with audio, though adjustments may be needed for ambient background noise. Amenities include living room seating for 12, a Samsung TV with Wall Mount and Laptop Adaptor, Roku, Netflix, Basic Cable Service, dimmable light designs, a beautiful bathroom with a massive skylight, and more. Security cameras are present in common areas, with no cameras in bedrooms or bathrooms.
