Draped head to toe in industrialist aesthetic, The Cotton Sheds regularly host enthralling shows and conferences with as many as eight separate areas and room for up to 5,000 people. Shed A, our most famous space has been home to events produces by top brands: Nike, Heineken, Jeep, The Northern Powerhouse Partnership and BBC Radio Music festival. This vast area within The Cotton Sheds is perfect for launches, conferences, dinners, sporting events and music shows. Sheds B, C, D, E, F and G can be hired collectively as breakout rooms, separate catering areas or exhibition space.

Frequently asked questions

Private event spaces at Victoria Warehouse have a minimum of 80 guests. If you have fewer than 80 guests, you may be interested in their shared party option instead.

Yes, you must use Victoria Warehouse's in-house caterers for all events. External catering is not permitted, and you'll need to send over your brief for them to check suitability.

The Cotton Sheds costs £10,000+VAT plus mandatory security and can seat 1,000 theatre style. The Bays costs £3,000+VAT plus security for events with around 150 guests. The Basement spaces cost £5,500+VAT for conferences and corporate events.

Security is mandatory for ticketed events and events with celebrities or notable talent that may draw public attention. Security costs are quoted separately and added to the venue hire fee, with quotes provided once your event details are confirmed.

Christmas party packages start at £95+VAT per person for street food menu or £100+VAT per person for 3-course menu, both with a minimum of 90 guests. Packages include welcome drink, private room and décor, DJ, and your choice of meal. Christmas decorations will be throughout the venue during the festive period.

The Cotton Sheds includes staging, house lighting rig, and house audio system which can be made available to you. If you want to remove the house kit and use your own design, there will be an additional fee on top of venue hire.

Victoria Warehouse can accommodate up to 1,000 guests in theatre style seating in The Cotton Sheds. Events requiring more than 1,000 guests cannot be accommodated at the venue.

Day catering packages cost £38.50+VAT per person and include 3 tea and coffee breaks plus lunch. This is suitable for conferences and corporate events in spaces like The Basement.

For events requiring security quotes, you need to confirm within 24 hours to receive a security quote and have a signed contract completed by the following Monday. The venue requires quick turnaround times for event confirmation.

Victoria Warehouse does not host all event styles and will decline events that don't suit their venue profile. They assess each event brief individually to determine suitability before providing quotes.
