What is the minimum spend for booking the dining space?

The minimum food and beverage spend varies by day and group size. For smaller groups, it's £2,000 +VAT with 7.5% service charge. For mid-size events, it's £3,500 +VAT with 7.5% service charge on Fridays, and £5,000 +VAT with 12.5% service charge on Tuesdays. All minimums are subject to additional service charges.

What spaces are included when booking the dining area?

The dining space booking includes both the diner and pool room areas. This gives you access to dining facilities as well as entertainment options like pool tables for your guests.

What is the capacity for the dining space?

The dining space can accommodate up to 150 guests for seated events. For standing receptions, the venue can handle larger numbers, but the dining area specifically is designed for more intimate seated gatherings.

Are there age restrictions for events in the dining space?

Yes, all guests must be over 18 years old for events in the dining space. This applies to all bookings regardless of the type of event or time of day.

How does the payment structure work for bookings?

A pre-payment of £1,000 +VAT is required, which is used towards your food and drink pre-order. After this pre-order is consumed, guests can purchase their own drinks during the event at regular prices.

What additional services are available and what do they cost?

DJ services are available for £500 +VAT if you want music arranged by the venue. There's also an on-site photobooth that can be unlocked for £420 +VAT for your event.

Is the dining space private or will other customers be present?

The dining space can be booked as a semi-private area. However, the venue is open plan across 3 floors with no completely private rooms, so there may be other areas of the venue in use during your event.

What days of the week have different pricing structures?

Pricing varies significantly by day of the week. Tuesdays have different minimum spends and service charges (12.5%) compared to other weekdays. Fridays typically have higher minimum spends, and some services may not be available on Saturdays for certain types of bookings.

Can the venue accommodate dietary requirements?

What happens if my preferred date isn't available?

If your requested date isn't available, the venue will suggest alternative dates or may offer to find you an alternative venue through their group. They actively work to accommodate bookings on different days when possible.
