What are the minimum spend requirements for the Events space?

Minimum spend varies by date and season, ranging from £2,000 to £20,000 (excluding VAT and service charge). July is the busiest month with higher minimums of £10,000-£20,000, while other periods may start from £2,000-£2,500. All minimum spends are subject to 15% service charge and VAT on top.

What capacity limits apply to the Events space?

The Bougainvillea Gallery (Events space) accommodates up to 150 people for standing receptions. The venue description mentions capacity for up to 300 people across all spaces, but specific quotes consistently reference 150 as the maximum for the Events space.

What food packages are available and at what cost?

Caribbean-themed canapés start from £50 per person for 4-5 selections, including jerk chicken in coconut shells, mac & cheese, freetas, and mini doubles. Bowl food options (BBQ or curry bowls) are available from £35 per person. Set menus for seated events cost £65-£90 per person including VAT. Buffet-style setups cost £60 per person including welcome drink, canapés, and mains buffet.

What drinks packages are offered and how much do they cost?

What are the mandatory additional charges beyond the minimum spend?

What AV equipment and entertainment options are included?

Can we bring our own decorations and is fancy dress allowed?

Fancy dress events are permitted based on previous Christmas party bookings. The venue can provide Caribbean-themed décor and floral arrangements as part of their CaribèBLOOM concept. Christmas décor is available for seasonal events, creating a festive atmosphere in the space.

What are the venue's operating hours and closure periods?

The venue is closed from January 11th-16th annually for maintenance. Events typically run until 11pm-12am maximum. Access for setup can be arranged from 4pm for evening events, with guests arriving from 5:30pm onwards depending on your event schedule.
