LIMIN SOUTHBANK offers a food and drink experience created by Trinidadian-born Chef Sham Mahabir in a space that's all about good vibes. The LIMIN menu features Caribbean classics like jerk chicken, doubles, roti and island fish and chips. While the cocktail menu highlight is rum punch. The Bloom Room
Let the good times flow in The Bloom Room. This vibrant space is dominated by a colour-popping mural and has birthday party or teambuilding triumph written all over it. Blessed with a DJ booth, the space can be cleared of tables and chairs and opened up onto the Poui Room to provide your party with the ultimate after-dinner dance space.
