The Deck hire costs £12,500 ex VAT for a live event day, with an additional build day available for £6,250 ex VAT. The space is fully covered and offers extraordinary views within the stadium bowl. Catering is charged separately and can range from roaming bowl food to East-End Barrow Boy food stalls.

The Deck can accommodate 500-1,500 moving attendees for fitness-style events with space for movement. For standing receptions with drinks and bowl food, the space typically handles around 250-300 guests. The venue requires sufficient space for workout equipment if needed and has good building exit flow.

Party packages start at £105 per person ex VAT including venue hire, 1-hour drinks package, bowl food, DJ and stadium tour. Reception packages cost £66 per person ex VAT including room hire for 5 hours (18:00-23:00), 1-hour drinks package, and bowl food with 4 options. Day delegate packages range from £52-£103.20 per person ex VAT depending on the level selected.

Events typically run during daytime hours with access from 7am-5pm for conferences, though evening events can extend to 23:00-23:30. Build days are available the day before live events for an additional cost. Some dates may be unavailable due to stadium events like concerts (pack down periods for major acts like Iron Maiden).

AV services are provided through Eclipse, the venue's partner. Basic packages start around £1,650 ex VAT for smaller spaces, with more comprehensive packages available for larger events. Services include screens, projectors, PA systems, microphones, and technical support, though specific costs vary by requirements.

Additional breakout rooms are available including The Forge (£6,000 ex VAT), The Arnold Hills (£3,500 ex VAT), The Royal East (£1,750 ex VAT), and smaller spaces like BM6 (£787.50 ex VAT). The Great Briton and The Academy can serve as main plenary spaces, with various rooms offering different capacities and setups.
