A brand new look and feel launches with Gaucho's first fully-refurbished restaurant on Charlotte Street, now open and featuring their first ever Beef Bar experience (counter top dining complete with your own chef), world class wines on tap dramatically reducing their carbon footprint, two beautiful cocktail bars, and casual dining in their upstairs bar area with a bar menu (perfect for after work drinks).
