The Stables has capacity for up to 80 people lecture style but can also be set out for smaller boardroom style events or cabaret style for up to 60 people. It is a private space with lift access and a small reception area - perfect for serving refreshments during your conference or meeting.

The Garden Room is a modern extension of the Beeches Restaurant. The light-filled room features large French windows overlooking the hotel's landscaped gardens. It also has direct access to a private terrace and charcoal barbecue area, making it ideal for Summer parties and events. You can make your corporate events fun and memorable as the hotel gardens offer the perfect backdrop for training days, team building activities and group events. Companies also enjoy booking the Garden Room for Christmas parties and lunch meetings.

Seven flexible conference rooms ranging in size and style, Magna Science Adventure Centre has the perfect space whatever your requirements. Theatre Style options for 125 people, Cabaret for up to 70 and boardroom style for 40. Perfect for anything from interviews and seminars to buffet lunches and private dining. Their diversity also means they are perfect for breakout space for much larger events when combined with The Big Hall or The Red Hall. Projection facilities, TV and video, PA systems and flip charts can all be added to complete your event.
