The Gallery Suite and Ante Room costs £5,000 + VAT and includes security and cleaning for the live event. It accommodates 180 ceremony, 300 reception, or 180 seated, with access times from 07:00-23:00 (late license until 2am available for additional cost).
What are the access times and late license options?
Standard access is 07:00-23:00 for all spaces. A late license is available until 2am but costs extra - £750 per hour for The Grand Temple, with pricing for other spaces available on request.
Are there mandatory catering requirements and who provides the food?
The venue works exclusively with Moving Venue as their catering partner. While catering isn't mandatory, you cannot bring in outside caterers - all food and beverage must be provided by Moving Venue.
What AV equipment is included and what needs to be hired separately?
The Grand Temple has no built-in AV equipment - everything must be brought in from external suppliers. The venue provides a list of recommended AV suppliers who are familiar with the space and its technical requirements.
What spaces are included when hiring The Vestibules?
When you hire The Vestibules, you get access to The Tower Doors and Cloakroom, plus The Long Room. The Vestibules can function as one large space or be divided into three separate areas using decorative doors.
Are there restrictions on event types and what's not permitted?
The venue does not allow concerts due to licensing terms. Musical theatre productions may be considered, but standard concerts are prohibited regardless of the space hired.
What is the maximum capacity across all spaces and are there guest number limitations?
The maximum capacity is 1,300 guests for standing events across multiple rooms. Individual spaces have lower limits, and events requiring 1,000+ guests in theatre-style format cannot be accommodated.
What are the rig and de-rig day costs for technical setup?
Rig and de-rig days are charged at 50% discount on the standard venue hire rate. For The Grand Temple, this would be £10,000 + VAT per setup/breakdown day.
