The Yorkshire Museum's Tempest Anderson Hall is a versatile space that seats 295 people for lectures, award ceremonies, film screenings, and other events. It offers high-quality audiovisual technology and is available for both day-time hire and most evenings. The light and airy galleries provide a wonderful space to host events for up to 300 people. The space is ideal for celebrations, corporate functions, ceremonies, drinks receptions, and buffets. It is often used for the Aesthetica Film Festival and can be hired in conjunction with The Hospitium. The Neoclassical building completed in 1831 holds one of Britain's oldest public museums and now houses cutting-edge displays of Yorkshire's archaeological and scientific past.
