The studio features a gray exposed concrete floor, black-painted walls and ceilings, and can be almost completely darkened with black roller blinds, making it perfect for various lighting setups. It is equipped with a mobile digital table, rolling stool, large black/white partition walls, and make-up tables. The studio also offers a kitchenette and access to cloakroom and make-up areas in the adjacent Studio 411. With a ceiling height of 3.50 meters and a large window area that can be darkened individually, Studio 401-1 is versatile for different types of events, including photo shoots, film productions, and creative workshops. Parking is available in the yard, and while the studio is on the first floor without an elevator, loads can be delivered via forklift if necessary.
