The Dumbo Loft at The Dumbo Loft

The Dumbo Loft is a versatile event space that can accommodate up to 140 seated guests with a dancefloor or 200 guests for a standing mixing function. It offers flexibility in vendor choices, allowing the use of preferred vendors or bringing in external caterers with a site visit requirement. The space includes a kitchen prep area, furniture, and a dressing room. Guests have access to a ramp for wheelchair accessibility. BK Venues provides a facilities manager for event day support. WiFi is not included, but can be arranged through NV Events. The venue does not allow open flames, smoking, propane, or grilling on the premises. Clean-up responsibilities are shared, with BK Venues handling pre and post-event cleaning. The space offers a 14-hour rental window from 11am to 1am, with additional time for vendor load out and clean up.
