The space includes a kitchen prep area, furniture, and a dressing room. Guests have access to a ramp for wheelchair accessibility. BK Venues provides a facilities manager for event day support. WiFi is not included, but can be arranged through NV Events. The venue does not allow open flames, smoking, propane, or grilling on the premises. Clean-up responsibilities are shared, with BK Venues handling pre and post-event cleaning. The space offers a 14-hour rental window from 11am to 1am, with additional time for vendor load out and clean up.
