This collection of seven rooms, totaling 1880 square feet, is an excellent space for productions as well as small gatherings. The Classroom is the largest room, measuring 875 square feet. It's great for birthday parties, and it's also one of the few places in NYC where folks can easily rent, play school, and film. Smokers can smoke in our Backyard. Our iconic TV wall provides undeniable eye candy. The Rose Closet, Safe Room, Clock Stairway, and Hall of Lamps provide other unique backdrops for art, style, and fun.
