Our unique social enterprise model trains Londoners living in temporary accommodation with valuable culinary and hospitality skills by giving them the opportunity to learn from our professional chefs and front-of-house teams.
Established by Fat Macy’s, our restaurant provides a 200-hour work experience programme combined with 1:1 support around well-being and employment to create a pathway for people to move on from hostels.
