Set in the heart of Canary Wharf is the spectacular East Wintergarden; a modern, stylish venue designed by the internationally- renowned architect Cesar Pelli. This architecturally- striking 27m- high domed glass space is nestled among the iconic towers of Canary Wharf and enjoys panoramic views of the surrounding skyline. Flexible and uniquely designed to host glamorous gala dinners, cocktail receptions, product launches, international conferences or private events such as weddings, the East Wintergarden can accommodate between 50 to 1000 guests.
The Gallery Hall is an 840m2 multi-purpose space which is perfect for small to medium sized exhibitions, conferences for up to 650 theatre style or 450 cabaret style along with awards dinners or even as a networking space with catering for events taking place in the Conference Centre. Overlooking the Gallery Hall is the 550m2 Atrium level which provides additional space for exhibition stands, catering areas or even breakout areas. The Gallery Hall & Atrium provides ample of space to host up to 500 students in exam style.
City venue Plaisterers’ Hall includes a variety of event spaces which are suited to corporate events large and small. The spaces include the large Great Hall, which is best suited to presentations, awards ceremonies and road shows, and smaller adjoining spaces such as the Mott Room, Livery Hall, Humber Room and Reception space. The range of rooms allows great flexibility for corporate entertaining. You could use the spaces individually for or create an event that makes use of the entire venue – smaller spaces are perfect for breakout rooms, tea and coffee breaks and welcome drinks.
Congress Hall makes up the largest event space at Congress Centre, perfect for a whole host of business events in London. The hi-tech facilities, including an 18ft drop down screen and comprehensive AV and lighting facilities, make it perfect for presenting. Flooded with natural light from the 1950s glazed ceiling, it is a bright and airy space, full blackout and air conditioning is available should that be required. S uitable for a variety of events from AGMs, conferences, and exhibitions, to product launches, awards dinners, and cocktail receptions.
The Grand Hall on the ground floor is the largest space within the Troxy. It provides an incredible setting for one of a kind weddings. The Troxy provides full flexibility, is available for dry hire, and can host Asian and cultural weddings. There are catering options available or you can bring your own. The Troxy benefits from 1930s Art Deco original features and a spendid high ceiling ensuring a memorable event for all attendees for large wedding receptions. It is perfect both for the dinner and dance with a late license available. Venue hire rates may vary based on catering requirements.
For a truly unique back drop the Aquarium works well for filming or photography available out of hours. Filming can take place after hours throughout the attraction. The space is available for dry hire in this instance
Our three Arches combine to create a flexible event space for over 800 people to move seamlessly around the venue, with the spaces being reset as the day or evening activities evolve. Our largest area, Arch 1 features a flexible staging solution, extensive lighting, audio and AV fixtures, powerful WIFI and a scalable LED video wall display. Arches 2 & 3 host our main and VIP bar areas, allowing for a private entrance if required. Our mezzanine floor can be used as a cloakroom or a professional kitchen for catered events, set-up with extractor fans.
The Porter Tun is one of the largest and oldest unobstructed event spaces in London. An exposed King Post timber roof giving a clear span of 60ft above a 778 square metre antique wooden floor makes it a perfect location for conferences, awards dinners, fashion shows and exhibitions. The large raised balcony is ideal for a reception area or presentation platform. The Malt Room is able to be booked as a green room.
