Theatre at Chesterfield College

Our newly refurbished Theatre boasts a 140-seat performance space and is equipped with its own production room. Ideal for hosting a theatre or dance production, comedy night or gig, the theatre consists of a centre stage with surround seating, backstage access, projector, and professional lighting and sound.

From large event spaces and meeting rooms to a 149-seat theatre and sports hall, we have a number of facilities available for hire. Whether you are celebrating an occasion, want a large space to hold a dance class or simply need a professional environment to conduct a meeting, our venue has a range of contemporary spaces to accommodate a variety of needs. Our facilities are available in the evenings (Monday-Thursday 5-9:30pm) and at the weekend (9am- 6pm). During half term and the summer break we are more flexible. All our rooms come with free WiFi and refreshments are available on request.
