Our largest event space, this is a great room for a large number of different events.

With lots of natural daylight this is a great space for a daytime or evening event.

The room can offer lots of flexibility for different events, the maximum capacity for a meeting is 450, 350 for a dinner dance and 50 stand at an exhibition.

The rooms has a built in bar, projector and screen plus a PA system and handheld microphone.

The Vavasour Suite at Wood Hall Hotel in Wetherby, West Yorkshire, with a private bar is our largest room and can accommodate up to 100 guests for your dream country house wedding. The beautiful wedding venue would be used for your civil ceremony followed by your wedding breakfast and evening reception. The Grand Boardroom is our flagship space accommodating up to 120 delegates. A vast, majestic room with floor to ceiling wood panelling, huge windows, and an original parquet floor, the room enjoys grand views of York Minster and the City Walls.

The board table that once hosted meetings between the railway elite, political players and the great and good of Yorkshire business was so large it had to be cut up to be removed! Today we deploy the space in much more flexible ways, making it suitable for an event, party, private function or presentation.
