Meeting rooms

The Rovos Boardroom and the Ghan Boardroom are two of the more intimate spaces available at The Grosvenor Hotel. Named after the luxury Rovos trains that toured southern Africa, the room is a beautiful wood panelled meeting room, that is beautifully lit. The interior is simply designed, but is rich in detail and luxury. The room has a 16 person capacity - perfect for those all-important meetings that need to take place outside of the office.

The Ghan Boardroom

The Ghan Boardroom is named after the luxury train that crosses across the Australian Outback, from Adelaide to Darwin. This room is an intimate space, with room for just eight people - the perfect mix of Victorian elegance and modern comforts - perfect for an external meeting venue that is sure to impress clients.

The Viceroy Room takes its name from the luxurious Viceroy of India (all the meeting rooms are named after trains). True to style, a beautiful red chandelier takes centre stage in this opulent meeting room, that is both graceful and versatile. Filled with natural daylight, it contains the Victorian interior that is so becoming of the Grosvenor Hotel. It can fit up to 30 people for a dining event, and 40 people for a standing event.

The Belle Room can also fit up to 30 people. It is named after the luxury trains that were in use in Britain in the 1930s. This room has all the modern necessities for a meeting room, all whilst in-keeping with the beautiful interior of the hotel.

The Scotsman Room, named after the Royal Scotsman, is the largest of the three and can fit up to 35 seated people, making it perfect for those larger meeting events, as it is fully equipped with the latest audio-visual and communications technology.
