EventLAB Series: Introducing the Event

We're very excited to introduce EventLAB, our first two-day event designed to take event professionals through every step of the event planning process.

We'll be bringing you the latest updates in the run-up to the event in our 'EventLAB Series', including relevant content and a little glimpse of the speakers, workshops and themes that will feature at the event.

In the first instalment, we’ll explain all there is to know about the event, from the concept to the what the day will entail and who’ll be there.

What is EventLAB?

EventLAB is a dynamic new event offering cutting-edge insight, skill enhancing sessions and fresh inspiration for your event planning journey.

EventLAB

Taking place on 23rd & 24th October 2017 at CodeNode, EventLAB showcases unique venues and suppliers handpicked by Hire Space Venue Experts, alongside a speaker programme of experienced industry thought-leaders and innovators and fun interactive networking activities offering discovery through experiences.

Why did Hire Space decide on EventLAB?

In a world of digital distractions, face-to-face interactions have become all the more valuable. So, we're bringing together the best and the brightest from the events industry for two days of networking, bespoke workshops and industry-leading speakers.

Over the two days we want to help event professionals improve their skills and stay up to date with innovation in the events industry.

What’s the concept and what makes it different?

We’ve created an intimate environment that will allow maximum interaction between buyers and exhibitors with a highly targeted guest list who are ready to discover and learn more.

As a team, we make it our mission to know all there is to know about new venues, top suppliers and all the latest trends in the industry so we've created an event that reflects this.

Concept of Eventlab

We want the two days to be hyper-focused on giving event professionals the tools to create amazing events, but also to improve in their professional lives too which is why we've chosen to include CPD certified workshops.

Who will be there?

From venues to delegates, everyone at the event has been carefully selected to ensure that exhibitors, sponsors and attendees are getting the maximum results from the day by meeting relevant people, learning news skills and discovering inspiration for events.

As well as the delegate masterclasses, all our exhibitors will also have the opportunity to attend tailored workshops across the two days that will provide practical tips and tools designed to improve their sales and marketing strategy.

How do I get involved?

There's a huge variety of opportunities over the two-day event so if you are interested in exhibiting, attending or getting involved in another way then contact, eventlab@hirespace.com or visit the EventLAB website for more information.
