Hire Space Wrapped: A Look Back at 2025

As 2025 draws to a close, we’re taking a moment to reflect on an incredible year at Hire Space. From cutting-edge technology updates to fun team moments and client collaborations, it’s been a year full of progress, innovation and connection. 2025 has been our biggest year yet

We've supported over 15,000 event professionals in finding their perfect venue, booking 1200 spaces across 60 cities in 30 countries worldwide. From intimate gatherings in Barcelona to large-scale conferences in New York, our global reach has never been stronger. With more than 2,000 customers returning to us time and again, we know we're doing something right—and we haven't just connected clients with venues, we've been there on the ground, providing hands-on support and delivery for events across six countries, ensuring every detail runs smoothly from enquiry to execution.

Product Innovation: Smarter, Faster, More Intelligent

This year, our focus has been all about empowering event planners with smarter tools and deeper insights, making event planning easier, faster and more efficient than ever. We’re especially proud to share that we’ve been granted two patents for advanced AI technology relating to event planning, reinforcing our position at the forefront of innovation in the industry. Here’s a snapshot of what we’ve achieved:

Eva, our new AI Event Agent & Deep Venue Research

We’ve been working behind the scenes on our new AI-powered assistant, Eva, an indispensable part of the event planning process. Combining intelligent venue recommendations with our advanced deep venue research capabilities, Eva helps planners explore options like never before, backed by rich data and AI-driven insights. From suggesting the perfect venues to automating follow-ups, Eva enables clients to book faster and smarter, freeing up time to focus on creating memorable events. Next-Level Venue Search

This year saw our venue search step it up a notch. The updated search experience highlights include:

• Improved occasion filtering and relevance sorting
• Updated capacity logic and new fields for refined searches (such as venue type, vibe, luxury level, etc.)
• Similar venues are now available across more pages with enhanced design and internal linking

These improvements mean faster, more accurate matches and a smoother planning experience for every event.

Venue Intelligence

We’ve started rolling out our new Intelligence tool to venues, giving them powerful, data-driven insights to help them make smarter and more strategic decisions. The platform provides transparent competitor benchmarking, detailed margin analysis and clear recommendations on how to enhance proposals and pricing. This also means clients and event planners will receive clearer, more competitive proposals, tailored more closely to their needs. By highlighting where venues are most competitive — and where there’s room to grow — Venue Intelligence helps improve conversion rates, optimise revenue and ensure every proposal is positioned for success.

This year, our Event Delivery team played a huge role in bringing our clients’ events to life. From early morning supplier check-ins to final guest departures, they were on the ground ensuring everything ran seamlessly. Working closely with clients, they took the stress out of running events, managing logistics, troubleshooting challenges and making sure every detail came together exactly as planned.

We also took part in the BNC Show, hosted the ‘Let’s Do London’ stage at International Confex 2025 and other industry events, connecting with clients and partners to showcase how Hire Space can simplify venue sourcing and event planning.

New Faces, Big Milestones: We welcomed fantastic new team members, including Shay, our new Finance Director, and we celebrated life milestones with three new Hire Space babies plus Bradley’s wedding! Our Hire Space family is growing, both professionally and personally.
