The Grand Hall
This space is a great choice for hosting your awards dinners, conferences, business events or exhibitions. Its' circular double height creates an abundance of natural daylight within this adaptable and impressive space. It is located next to the beautiful Winter Garden and Olympic View spaces which can be hired separately or in conjunction with the Grand Hall.
The Conference Hall
The Conference Hall is located on level 3 of The Drum. It is flooded with natural light through the stunning glass lantern in the roof. It is ideal for conferences, meetings, awards, or exhibitions. Guideline rates only, please enquire through Hire Space for a bespoke quote. Guideline rates include VAT. It is surrounded by 8 Boardrooms which offer maximum flexibility for events that require more space for meetings, breakout sessions, workshops or just additional space.
The Terrace is perfect for drinks receptions, summer weddings or even smaller wedding receptions. It has gorgeous views and is perfect for photography opportunities for the guests. The space offers light and airy indoor and outdoor space. Dry hire is not permitted at The Drum and all enquiries must go through the venue's approved caterer. Please enquire through Hire Space for a bespoke quote based on your event requirements.
The Drum has 8 flexible boardrooms of differen sizes available for hire, with up to 4 board rooms able to join together for larger events. Some of the boardrooms even have access with French Doors to the Level 3 sunny terrace. The rooms are perfect for meetings and conferences with a bit of a wow factor and natural daylight. AV is available on site. Dry hire is not permitted, all catering must be done through approved caterer. Please enquire through Hire Space for a quote based on your event requirements.
