Shaw Suite
The Shaw Suite comes equipped with a portable dance floor, bar and a stage making it ideal to throw a wedding. Coloured mood lighting and flexible seating arrangements can help add a personalised touch to your event. You can customise the decor and catering in detail whilst working with our events team and experienced chefs. An ornate glass ceiling runs through the length of the room, flooding it with natural daylight and making it perfect for photography. Whether it's a banquet or a dinner dance you are looking to host, the Shaw Suite is fully adaptable and can accommodate up to 84 guests.
Malvern Suite
Overlooking the Malvern Hills, this light-filled room is located on the first floor and is suitable for boardroom meetings for up to 14 or seminars for up to 20. It has a built in screen, a direct dial telephone and free WiFi so your guests can stay connected. Flexible seating arrangements, decor and catering can be arranged with our events team and experienced chefs.

On the ground floor, the Hereford Suite is an intimate meeting venue or syndicate room for up to 10 people. With its beautiful period feature, stained glass windows and an ornamental fireplace, the suite is popular for corporate events. It is located on the ground floor, near the Priory View Restaurant and has beautiful views of the Malvern Priory. Hereford Suite provides flexible seating arrangements, disabled access and direct dial telephone.

AV equipment, flipchart, stationery and refreshments can be provided on request. There is a built-in screen that can be used with a LCD projector.
