Nestled in the Russian Hill neighborhood of San Francisco, Nisei is the debut restaurant of Chef David Yoshimura, the former Chef de Cuisine at Michelin-starred Californios. Nisei is a testament to Chef David Yoshimura’s Japanese-American heritage.
