Wong Chapel is a very intimate little chapel located on the third floor of the First Congregational Church of Los Angeles. It was given by Dr. and Mrs. Thomas A. Wong, Sr. in memory of their son Ernest in 1949. The chapel features an altar tablet painted by the noted Danish artist Kay Nielsen, based on Psalm 23 depicting the Good Shepherd and the lost lamb. Wong Chapel is ideal for small, intimate events such as memorial services, small weddings, and quiet gatherings. Its serene atmosphere and unique design make it a perfect space for reflective and spiritual events.
