Frequently asked questions

The Strength Studio (Business space) is £80 per hour or £285 for a 4-hour half-day rate. These are the standard dry hire rates for the space.

The space includes brand new Yogi Bare mats, yoga blocks, straps, and eye pillows. For hanging work, bars are available where gymnastic rings can be suspended, and there's clear wall space suitable for handstands.

For hot pilates sessions, the maximum capacity is 16 mats. The space can accommodate up to 20 people for workshops and movement-based activities with adequate space for bodyweight exercises and handstand training.

Waking Dreams cannot accommodate heated classes as they have regular classes running throughout Saturday. For hot pilates requiring 30°C temperatures, they refer clients to their sister venue Chocolate Studios which can achieve the required heating.

Saturday availability is extremely limited as Waking Dreams runs in-house classes all day. Weekend morning slots are generally not available, though late Saturday evening slots might be possible for regular weekly classes.

Yes, multi-day bookings are possible. For weekend workshops requiring 7 hours per day (9am-4pm format), afternoon availability is preferred as the studio is used for morning classes.

Regular weekly slots are available during weekday late lunchtime (2-3pm) as peak times are filled with in-house classes. Weekend regular slots would need to be later Saturday evening, and rates would be discussed based on the specific arrangement.

Based on the pricing structure, there appears to be a 4-hour minimum for half-day rates at £285. Single hour bookings are available at £80 per hour for shorter sessions.

If Waking Dreams cannot accommodate your booking, they offer alternative venues including Chocolate Studios in Shoreditch and The Arc in Islington. These venues have different setups and may be better suited for specific requirements like heated classes or equipment needs.

Weekend availability is very limited due to regular in-house programming. Early booking is essential, and flexibility with dates is recommended as many weekend enquiries cannot be accommodated at Waking Dreams itself.
