Made up of two adjoining areas totalling over 700 sqm. The Bays are our most popular event space. Built in 1932 for cotton stock, and later storage for Kellogg's, McVitie's and Cadburys, their rich history and interesting architecture make them ideal for corporate and showcase events.

A large pre-function space with a feature bar leads into the main room, which is complete with a full AV package. This includes screens and projectors, colour-changing down lighters on the pillars, a PA system, staging, lecterns, mics and relay screens, giving you a hassle-free event solution.




Frequently asked questions

Private event spaces at Victoria Warehouse have a minimum of 80 guests. If you have fewer than 80 guests, you may be interested in their shared party option instead.

Yes, you must use Victoria Warehouse's in-house caterers for all events. You cannot bring in external catering providers or self-cater your event.

The Cotton Sheds costs £10,000 + VAT plus mandatory security costs. It can accommodate up to 1,000 guests in theatre-style seating and includes staging, house lighting rig, and house audio equipment.

Victoria Warehouse offers Christmas party packages starting at £95 + VAT per person for street food menu or £100 + VAT per person for 3-course menu, both with a minimum of 90 guests. Packages include welcome drink, private room and décor, DJ, and your choice of meal.

For ticketed events, mandatory security costs apply in addition to the venue hire fee. Security quotes are provided separately and must be confirmed before contract signing.

If you have your own design and want to remove the house lighting rig, staging, or audio equipment, there will be an additional fee charged on top of the venue hire. A tech pack can be provided if you're interested in this option.

The Basement spaces (Archives 2 and Cellars 2) cost £5,500 + VAT for venue hire. Day catering packages are available at £38.50 + VAT per person, which includes 3 tea and coffee breaks plus lunch.

Yes, there will be Christmas decorations throughout the venue during the Christmas period. This should be factored into your event planning if you're booking during this time.

Victoria Warehouse can accommodate a maximum of 1,000 guests in theatre-style seating. Events requiring more than 1,000 attendees cannot be accommodated at the venue.

Yes, Victoria Warehouse does not host certain styles of events, though specific restrictions aren't detailed. You must send over your event brief for them to check suitability before confirming availability.
