Spacious, dedicated boardroom with at its centre a versatile 'Congress' table flanked by comfortable leather armchairs. The table can be adapted to various configurations in minutes and allows presenters to choose a room layout totally appropriate to their needs. There is a projector screen, a LCD projector, and a fully integrated audio visual system to make giving presentations easy.

A bright, contemporary, versatile space, the Blue Room at the BFI Southbank is the perfect choice for hosting your conference, product launch, exhibition, seminar, workshop or meeting. The flexible space can be set up to suit your needs and can take from 60-100 seated guests, to up to 250 at a networking reception. The Blue Room has access to a private bar and a host of hospitality options via our in-house caterers Benugo. AV equipment is included in the venue hire, making it a great choice for trainings and company off-site events. Waterloo Station offers easy public transport links.

Meeting Room 2 is a versatile venue that can be organised to hold a variety of meetings. Tables can be easily made to a boardroom, open square, cabaret or classroom layout with multiple power outlets available. Alternatively the room can hold up to 40 people in theatre style seating as well as for standing events.
