Galería Central
The Galería Central is the most prominent exhibition space on the CENART campus and one of the most vibrant art spaces in all of Mexico. This 380 square meter multifaceted space is ideal for a variety of exhibitions, including painting, photography, sculpture, and illustration. The gallery has hosted numerous national and international solo and group exhibitions, making it a leading university gallery in the country. With natural lighting that can be adjusted according to the shows, the space is well-suited for artistic displays. Exhibitions typically last about two months, and the gallery is nearly always filled with events throughout the year. Located a short walk from Metro General Anaya, it is easily accessible and close to other attractions. The gallery also occasionally extends its exhibitions into the Galería Espacio Alterno, enhancing the visitor experience.
