The Max Rayne Auditorium has 148 comfortable green leather seats, set at a gentle incline for maximum visibility of the screen. The AV technician booth is located in the back corner of the room, where a dedicated technician will operate and offer exceptional technical support. This space is equipped with state-of-the-art audio visual capabilities, making it the perfect location for screenings and cinematic viewings.
Max Rayne Atrium
The Max Rayne Atrium is a stunning vaulted glass roofed space offering plenty of natural day light, making it ideal for receptions, exhibitions, products launches, conference dining, networking drinks or other corporate events. This spacious event space can hold up to 200 delegates and can be set up in many different ways to accommodate your vision. Being on the ground floor, the Max Rayne Atrium is also fully accessible to wheelchair users.

The Naim Dangoor Auditorium is a intimate yet popular event space with state-of-the-art audio visual capabilities, including cameras and recording equipment for video production, hybrid events and live streaming. This space can seat up to 60 viewers in its comfortable armchairs, positioned in a tiered semi-circle to allow for maximum visibility, making it the perfect location for filming, photography, or screening. The room also features black out blinds to accommodate alternative lighting or a clearer image of the projector screen.

The Marcus Back Library is a wooden panelled room with impressive oak parquet flooring, red leather chairs and a marble fire place. Its unique historic heritage and large library of medical books lining the walls, makes it a great spot for filmed interviews and videography. This room can host up to 30 people in a impressive horse-shoe style formation and features high quality air conditioning. The temperature in the room is maintained at 20C degrees to protect the rare books stored in the various glass cabinets.

Our Max Rayne Foyer is conveniently located on the ground floor next to the Max Rayne Auditorium, making it fully accessible to wheelchair users. This space can accommodate up to 80 delegates and is a great accompanying catering or exhibition space for conferences taking place in the adjacent auditorium. It is also located next to the ENT Room, offering a loarger combined space if booked together. The Max Rayne Foyer offers some natural day light as well as wall uplighters to enhance the optics of your event.

It is also used as a separate catering area if you're having a conference in one of the lecture theatres. This room has beautifully slanted windows lined along the back wall to allow natural daylight to floor the space.

Decorated in a contemporary style and conveniently fitted with dividing walls, it can accommodate up to 60 people in a theatre style lay out. The Seminar Suite can be used in combination or as a standalone room. It is suitable for hosting seminars, interviews, business meetings, workshops and training sessions. As it is opposite the Training suite, it can also serve as a complimentary catering, workshop area, or break out room.

It is located within the RSM Library and hold an array of medical history from the RSM's archive, which is updated on a regular basis. The room is perfect for meetings, training, appraisals, presentations, or team building. The temperature in the room is maintained at 20C degrees to protect the rare books stored in the various glass cabinets.

The Training Suite is a flexible room with air-conditioning, partition wall for separate breakout sessions, a wipe-clean floor and a sink - making it suitable for interactive training days, particularly for medical training . This space can hot up to 25 people in a theatre style lay out. Additionally, with a built-in 80" LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) screen, this room allows for presentations and meetings just like a regular meeting room would. Catering in the form of tea, coffee and standing/sitting buffets can also be accommodated for in this room.

Located minutes way from Oxford Circus & Bond Street underground stations it is connected to all the major railway stations in London. There are over 15 function spaces including 3 state-of-the-art auditoriums the largest of which holds up to 300 people. There is a large glass roofed atrium perfect for events for up to 200 people.
