The venue operates during standard business hours, with evening events available until 10pm maximum. Service ends at 10pm to allow guests to wind down for departure. Access times can be arranged from 5:30pm for setup when there are earlier events in catering spaces.

The Max Rayne Atrium catering space is complimentary with auditorium hire. However, there is a minimum catering requirement of 90 people for all food and beverage orders. Tea/coffee with biscuits costs £4.30 per person, and all catering is charged per person, per serving.
